Without question this is a book that every woman and stylist MUST own.
I mean, we need it.
We need to have it sitting on the back of the toilet or on your coffee table, you know- so all your friends can look through it for themselves. (I don't know where your friends hang out.)
I know that my copy is sitting in my salon. I have already referred to it a couple times to educate my clients on specific needs for their scalp and hair issues.
Did you know that garlic is an age-old remedy for hair shedding!? I had NO idea! I learned that from Miss Audrey Davis-Sivasothy herself. (The author- who is a trained health scientist with BIG hair!)
I never feel like guides such as these should ever replace what your hairstylist or even a doctor or dermatologist recommends for you, but there are incredibly useful remedies that you can try in the comfort of your own home.
If you would like a chance to win a copy of this book, leave a comment below telling me why you should own it!
Otherwise- Try to get your hands on Hair Care Rehab! You will love it!

Not only do I need to further educate myself on my lovely locks and how to keep them fierce, I could also use a hair intervention. If I don't win this i am totally buying it. Already on my Amazon wish list!
This girl needs this book. I have never been good with hair and would love any tips I might get from reading it. My daughter unfortunately inherited my thin limp dish water blonde hair, too...please help us and pick us to win this book!
I have actually leafed through this book and found it a great source of information that is good for anyone. I love that it delves into the more "normal" remedies and also homeopathic stuff too. Since I was unable to memorize this book in the short time I had with it, I'd love a copy!
You are so awesome! I totally could use this book for myself and for Bella's crazy hair!! Thanks
Son of a diddly.. Could've totally used this here manual before I sat down with the clippers...
Ah well. C'est la vie. I'm still excited to grow out a fresh head of hair, without miles and miles of bleach, color, heat, and stress riddled throughout.
I actually read this book! and it seems like very informative..
