I have Dark Eyebrows, thanks to my mother (Native Hawaiian)

Mine are nice and thick.

 If I don't keep up with them (as in) If I don't get them waxed, or tweeze in-between, they would look like .....

I like to think that I am doing everyone else a favor by keeping up with them so they don't feel the need to turn and giggle.

I feel like others should be just as considerate.

Emily was so excited to have bangs, we discussed it previously and she was more than ready for a change.

I thought this was wonderful because I felt like her previous look seemed to drag down her face shape and her color seemed a bit 'DRAB'. Bumping the color and lifing the bangs above her cheekbones created an uplifting look.

I always say the best way to "change" your overall look is to add Bangs. My FAVE!

We bumped up her hair color to a buttery,golden blonde to compliment her naturally sun pinched skin, and created a cool fringe. that just dust her eyelashes for a radical new look.

Doesn't Emily look just like Jennifer Aniston from Marley and Me now?

Don't get me wrong, Whitney is beautiful as a blonde.

But I have been dying to make her RED!

The blonde was starting to wash out her perfect porcelain skin. This is a great time of year to try something new, especially with your hair.

Warm it up, Tone it down, Grow it out or Chop it off.

Going red on Whitney warmed up her skin tone and brought out the color in her eyes.

Client Inspiration- Bradley Cooper

Yesterday one of my clients, whom I haven't seen since May of this year came in for his haircut appointment.

When you walked in, he was wearing his usual work attire, collared shirt, tucked in neatly in his gray trouser pants and a nice black belt, and matching shoes. He was also wearing a long coat, very classy single button and gray in color. He looked so debonair and handsome.

And for his hair, Since it had been 6 months since I had seen him I was expecting it to be a mess.

But looking at him I was actually taken back, His hair grew out beautifully. His hair being naturally curly  layed perfectly along his face and he surprised me when he told me he was going for a

"Bradley Cooper look"

We cleaned him up and sent him out. He did indeed look just like Bradley Cooper, He seemed more than happy and I was stunned that this man knew and dropped Bradley Cooper's name in my chair.

Needless to say,I was very proud of my client, to take the initiave to educate himself on options for his hair, being inspired by someone else's locks that are very much like his own.

I am very proud!

In Bloom

Reese Witherspoon promoting her new perfumre she created with for Avon.

Her new fragrance In Bloom, is a floral scent but has peachy tone.

With hints of gardenia, magnolia, jasmine as well as other florals and yet, not too overpowering.

I can't wait to smell this for myself!

P.S. Why I do I have a feeling ladies will be coming in the salon asking for this hair color?

I can't help myself

I love her hair, in the retro rollerset waves, and deep side part and neutral- yet- saucy colors used for her makeup.(If Jessica Rabbit were a vampire, she would look like this.)

And for Rob- I'm loving the suit they chose for him, it fits so snug, I love it. And his hair looks impeccable. I actually kind of like that they keep his side burns a little unkempt. (I should say, NOT all men should strive for that look.Only Rob, sorry boys.)

Victoria Beckham lately has been known for her great haircuts and styles. She has definitely done it again. With the tousled ,shaggy, sweet look, she is definitely on to something.

This look is so feminine and not as striking as what she is used to.
